During my 4-night stay, I was pleased with the easy access to trains just through NU Sentral Mall, making trips to attractions like the National Planetarium and Chinatown a breeze. The neighborhood has its charm, with local shops and restaurants right around the corner. One of the highlights was the comfortable beds, a must after a long day exploring. I also appreciated having a 24-hour supermarket next door for any late-night cravings.

The room was so small that I felt cramped!!! Upon arrival, I encountered a windowless box that bore no resemblance to the advertised images. The noisy environment made sleeping nearly impossible, like trying to rest in an airport!!!

This was perfect for public transport access, making it easy to explore the city quickly. The staff greeted me warmly at every interaction, creating a friendly atmosphere. The room itself was neat and offered a good setup, with effective air conditioning and satisfactory hot water pressure in the bathroom, even though it had limited space for movement. I appreciated the availability of power outlets in convenient spots, although a few were awkwardly placed. Breakfast choices were mainly Malaysian dishes, which I found intriguing but could be a bit too spicy for those not used to it. However, the breakfast menu seemed limited, and I opted out of having it on my second morning. Sound insulation was commendable since my room faced the busy street but didn't feel noisy at all. On the downside, the furniture arrangement in my room wasn't great. I had to move the chair around to access a power socket properly. Additionally, there were some dust issues, likely not ideal for sensitive individuals. Another drawback was the lack of elevators between certain floors of the shopping mall, which made accessing the hotel a bit cumbersome at times with my luggage. Overall, those minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the convenience of the location and the quality of service I experienced during my stay.

Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a business trip.
